Note: In 814 N.E.2d 393 the judge admitted into evidence the miracle photograph seen at this page below, and he said from the bench: "I (judge Wilson) see the image in the photograph." He also put into evidence my entire web site and a CD-Rom of it with discussion of stigmatas, and prophecies, and audio recordings of me speaking in tongues. In addition, he admitted into evidence my published pro-life articles, and a music album I had written and recorded. He found me "not mentally ill." I am "Jackson" in that case 814 N.E.2d 393, which states: "The judge found that Jackson was actively involved in a charismatic religious sect, where healing, prophecy and speaking in tongues were widely practiced, and that he could distinguish between 'hearing voices' and the ability to 'hear' God ..."
However, today I am no longer a member of any charismatic denomination. Yet I keep this Older Web Site posted as evidence of my journey and experiences, and of my growth in faith in the Single Person God who alone is our Creator and our salvation.

In January 2013 recorded in what is disc of that hearing titled "Brian Fusonie 2013-31" I asked the doctors of New Hampshire there represented by Dr. Wendy Martin the following questions: (a) "Is belief in tongues (speaking in tongues) illogical and mental illness?", (b) "Is seeing miracle images of Jesus in trees illogical and mental illness?", (c) "Is belief in the stigmata illogical and mental illness?" -- AND SHE DARED CALL EACH OF THOSE "ILLOGICAL AND MENTAL ILLNESSES IN NEW HAMPSHIRE."
Search this page and my videos of stigmata, and tree images God already had exonerated in Federal Court Massachusetts reported as 814 NE2d 393 in which case the tree images of Jesus were shown the judge Wilson and he confessed seeing the image of Jesus in my photographs! And I had speaking in tongues such as is on Gunny Sack, see that music CD, already exonerated in that same case 814 NE2d 393 which reported: "Jackson (Brian Fusonie) has the ability to distinguish between hearing God and hearing voices, and has prophecies, tongues, and healings," and stigmata web site and the below videos were in evidence at the time of trial/appeal that I won 814 NE2d 393.
Not all see the images, yet most do, including priests, religious, laity, and children, some thought it apparitional or a ghost! If you are one of the persons who sees the images below, or sees the stigmata, or hears the tongues, then New Hampshire calls you each and all "bipolar."
That said, it is true that some of my posted texts and videos at http://youtube.com/bfusi007 were not well, and had religious delusions mixed with honest real miracle paranormal and good positive law. I apologize for taking tactic of telling off MTV aggrandized, brash, abrasive tones using their similar tones, only doing it Pro Life Ten Commandments style. I also hurt a few persons who I love, and wish I did not post about them in ways that were not good judgment. I cannot change the past, we can only go forward, and hope the community forgives me.
